If you live in one of the towns listed above and you would like to come skating,

you can ride the Galaxie Skate Center Skate Bus!

The cost will be $10.00 which will include ...

1). Round trip Bus transportation to and from Galaxie Skate Center from the pick up points.

2). Admission to the 6 - 9 pm Friday Night Skate Session

3). Skate Rental (if needed) *Please note the price is the same with or without skates*

If you would like to reserve your seat to ride the "Skate Bus" you must sign up on this page,

24 hours in advance of the scheduled pick up date.

EACH person riding MUST submit their name in a new form.

Parents may also ride the bus with the kids, if they choose.

Parents riding the Skate Bus but NOT skating will be charged $2.00, to cover the bus ride.

Galaxie Skate Center and staff are concerned about safety, therefore, if there is any

Adverse WEATHER conditions that makes travel unsafe, the Skate Bus may be cancelled...

Cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page and a msg on our phone ... 608-647-4515

You CAN submit a reservation for a seat on the bus, by submitting your name and info on this form, however, keep in mind the bus will not take on more passengers than can be seated safely.

RULES OF CONDUCT, on the bus and at Galaxie Skate Center:

1). No swearing, cursing, rude or offensive behavior. This includes T-shirts which contain offensive or suggestive language or pictures.

2). NO food or drinks allowed on the bus.

3). Fighting, bullying or any behavior which could be considered as such, will NOT be tolerated and the person participating in such conduct WILL be ejected and or prohibited from riding the skate bus.

Also while at Galaxie Skate Center ...

NO FOOD, DRINKS, GUM, OR CANDY ALLOWED ON THE SKATING FLOOR! ALL FOOD, DRINKS, GUM OR CANDY MUST REMAIN ON A TABLE IN THE BOOTH AREA.

NO HORSEPLAY, PLAYING TAG, CHASING OR RACING ALLOWED AT GALAXIE SKATECENTER, EITHER ON THE FLOOR OR IN THE BOOTH AREA.

NO HATS OR LOOSE ARTICLES ALLOWED TO BE WORN ON THE SKATING FLOOR, THESE ITEMS MAY FALL OFF AND POSE A TRIPPING HAZARD TO OTHERS.

NO STOPPING, STANDING, SITTING, HIDING OUT IN CORNERS WHILE ON THE SKATE FLOOR. IF YOU NEED TO TAKE A BREAK, PLEASE COME COMPLETELY OFF THE FLOOR AND SIT IN THE BOOTH AREA.

GALAXIE SKATE CENTER HAS A “NO IN AND OUT” POLICY! THIS MEANS IF YOU LEAVE THE BUILDING FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FULL PRICE FOR RE-ADMISSION. THIS APPLIES TO EVERYONE AT GALAXIE SKATE CENTER, INCLUDING ADULTS!

DRUGS, ALCOHOL OR TOBACCO (EITHER SMOKING OR CHEWING) WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AT GALAXIE SKATE CENTER, ANYONE CAUGHT WITH ANY OF THESE, WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE BUILDING WITHOUT REFUND AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO RE-ENTER FOR 30 DAYS.

ANYONE WHO HAS A PROBLEM OR QUESTION REGARDING THESE RULES, PLEASE SEE A MEMBER OF OUR STAFF OR MANAGEMENT.
