Roller skating has been a fun Richland Center activity for over 40 years and Galaxie Skate Center is proud to carry on that tradition! Galaxie Skate Center is located at 1215 East Haseltine Street in Richland Center Wisconsin, just off Hwy 14, between Madison and La Crosse. It was originally built in 1972 and features a beautifully finished 9,600 sq ft Maple Hardwood skating floor. ******************************************************************* Galaxie Skate Center REGULAR HOURS (Sept 22, 2011 - June 16, 2012) Thursday RETRO NIGHT 6 - 9 pm $2.00 Friday Kids Special (12 & Under) 4 - 6 pm $3.00 Friday OPEN SKATE (All Ages) 6 - 9 pm $6.00 *Saturday Family Day* 2 - 4 pm $4.00 Saturday Open Skate (All Ages) 6 - 9 pm $6.00
*Sat Afternoon Family SPECIAL! Bring the family on Sat Afternoon! Admission and skate rental for up to 6 immediate family members (with at least one adult skating) for only $14! Make it a PIZZA Family Special for $24 and get a 16" one topping Pizza and a pitcher of soda pop! *Family Special is available ONLY during the Sat afternoon Family Session and is for immediate family members only, i.e., Mom, Dad and children living in the same household, up to 6 persons total, with at least one adult skating. ***UPDATE*** We have made some changes to the Skate Bus schedule ... Due to the high cost of fuel for the bus, we will REQUIRE each person riding, to SIGN THE SKATE BUS FORM on the Skate Bus page. We MUST have a minimum of 15 riders signed up by NOON on Friday of the day you are riding. If there are less than 15 riders, the bus will be cancelled for that night. We would rather do it this way, than raise prices. Please check out the updated Skate Bus page for more information on Pick up points, dates and times~! $10.00 fee includes admission, skate rental and round trip bus ride!!! **You can now ride the Skate Bus from the following Villages or Towns: Boscobel, Blue River, Muscoda, Highland, Reedsburg, Loganville, Plain, Spring Green, Lone Rock!
Galaxie Skate Center and staff are concerned about safety, therefore, if there are any ADVERSE WEATHER conditions that makes travel unsafe, the Skate Bus may be cancelled... Rule of thumb, if school is cancelled due to weather, the skate bus will be also. Cancellations will be posted on the Facebook page and on our phone, 608-647-4515 *Galaxie Skate Center reserves the right to change or alter the bus schedule at any time, please check the Skate Bus page for details on pickup and drop off times, locations and other information.* *********************************************************** Come get your SKATE - ON!!!
